We have been working with OCP for about a year now as our EAP provider in the region.
We made the move to OCP as we felt that they provided a very effective service that was also competitive cost-wise.
The benefit of having an 0800 number for employees to call if they feel the need has proven to be worthwhile. We have found that the focus for OCP is to get the person fully functioning at work as quickly as possible and this is usually achieved in under three visits to their professional counsellors/psychologist.
The self referral system is better for employees than having to go through their manager or HR team as they feel empowered to help themselves.
I would thoroughly recommend OCP to any organisation who wishes to provide real help to their staff when they need it."
