This guarantees that your employees can choose a location, gender of counsellor and the time that actually suits them, rather than a limited set of times for that day for them to fit into. This OCP appointment process increases the efficiency and timeliness for your employee to receive the support they need based around their work schedules and home life, not ours.

For the OCP contracted professionals this is in addition to having their own personal supervisors, which is part of their contractual obligations with OCP.

This service provides a valuable first step in the process for receiving assistance when, should this service not be available, the contact may not be made at all.

Along with the provision of a genuine 24/7 0800 service, OCP provides a guaranteed response regarding any overflow of calls or emergency calls from Employees or Management. INDEPENDENT BUSINESS ADVISORY GROUP 

The OCP Business Advisory Group was appointed in January 2009. The objective of the Committee is to assist OCP Management to maintain best practice in both business management and client service. The Advisory Group consists of highly skilled and successful New Zealand business professionals who meet with OCP management on a half-yearly basis to review current business practices and advise on ways in which OCP could continue to improve its processes and ensure a sound platform for its continued growth.

None of the members of the Business Advisory Group have a shareholding or Directorship in OCP and therefore we receive completely independent (and challenging) advice which focuses us on our goal to exceed our clients expectations in service,being the  most approachable and most reliable provider of Organisational Counselling Programmes and related services in New Zealand.
